CAMPUS MASTER PLAN
The Methodist University Campus Master Plan frames a vision for campus development over the next twenty years that reinforces the core campus while also expanding into new physical and programmatic areas.
Key themes of the plan include transforming the campus core, enhancing student life opportunities, and becoming environmental stewards of the 660-acre campus which includes a mile-long frontage along the Cape Fear River.
Following the master plan, the design team continued work on several building studies including the design of the new Health Science Building, currently under construction. Peter Hedlund was the Principal in Charge of this project while at Sasaki.
